A scarifier is a device used to improve water and air management, especially in lawns. It cuts the felted turf that blocks the growth of fresh green mass on our lawn. By blocking the access of air through the heavily felted root system, the turf dries up, creating unsightly yellow spots, which in turn leads to the complete disappearance of the turf.
