Product description
What is a cultivator?
A field cultivator for a tractor is an agricultural tool consisting of a frame on which working elements, the so-called tines or claws, are placed, and support wheels that serve to adjust the working depth of the cultivator, and a 3-point suspension system, Cat I.
The working unit of the cultivator consists of spring tines, semi-spring tines or completely rigid tines ending with coulters, goose feet or knives, depending on the model and manufacturer. Cultivators often end with a string roller, which levels the cultivated soil.
What is a cultivator used for?
A cultivator with a string roller is used to loosen the soil without turning it over.
We also perform the cultivation procedure in order to: level the soil after ploughing and prepare it for sowing, loosen it and get rid of troublesome weeds. The advantage of the cultivator is the fact that it does not tear up the weeds being removed, causing them to grow more, but only gently pulls them out in their entirety to the surface, where after drying we can collect and remove them.

- shaft diameter: 330 mm,
