Product description

Hydraulic oil mesh filter with a total length of 209 mm for Iseki tractors of the Iseki 3125, Iseki 3130, Iseki SF300, Iseki SF303, Iseki SF330 series and others.

The hydraulic oil filter insert is most often placed directly in the tractor box or in the hydraulic system and is designed to catch larger contaminants. The strainer is often called a prefilter and is sometimes the only filter in the system. Most often, in addition to the mesh filter, the tractor's hydraulic system includes two or three standard screw-on, can-type hydraulic filters . There are also many models on the market in which the mesh filter is the only filter in the system. Replace the hydraulic box mesh filter only when it becomes mechanically damaged. A mesh filter is a filter that, if cleaned regularly (e.g. with hot water under pressure), can be successfully used for many years.

Replacing the hydraulic filter (regularly) and cleaning the insert in the case of a mesh filter guarantees trouble-free operation of the machine and ensures that there are no foreign bodies in the hydraulic system that may damage our tractor or negatively affect the operation of the machine, reducing its operating parameters. The rules for replacing the hydraulic filter in new tractors are described in detail in the machine's operating manual and usually after the first 50 operating hours (at least 3 cycles). A hydraulic filter is most often a metal filter with a thread and a gasket , which is mounted near the tractor box, exactly within the hydraulic system oil flow, most often from the bottom of the box or under the floor of our tractor. The main purpose of the hydraulic filter is to clean the hydraulic oil, stopping all impurities that enter the hydraulic system or are created during the use of the tractor, e.g. solid (mineral) particles that are formed during the operation of the machine. We replace the standard screw-on hydraulic filter every time we change the hydraulic oil or when the vehicle is frequently used, in the case of mini tractors, approximately every 100 operating hours in the case of used tractors. However, the so-called hydraulic filter insert We only replace the mesh filter when it is mechanically damaged.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User

Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
