Product description

Paper fuel filter (without sealing inside, O-ring) with dimensions 59 x 29 x 13 mm for Japanese Iseki tractors and mini tractors of TU , Kubota , Yanmar , Shibara S, P series and others.

The fuel filter is one of the most important elements of the fuel system that directly affects the proper operation of the tractor. The main task of the fuel filter is to clean the fuel from mechanical impurities and micro-organic impurities. Fuel filters are divided into two main groups due to their application and so we will use a different type of filter for a gasoline engine than for a diesel engine. Regardless of the type of fuel, the filtering material is made of various types of blotting paper based on polyester or cellulose fibers with the addition of synthetic fibers.

A dirty fuel filter restricts the free flow of fuel to the engine and can cause problems when starting the engine or cause the engine to run intermittently. A clogged fuel filter may cause the engine to lose nominal power or result in higher fuel consumption.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User

Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
