Main bearings , standard size + 0.25 mm (so-called first cut bearings 010 ), width 30.20 mm , thickness 2.00 mm and external diameter after assembly of approximately 74 mm, for Iseki tractors with Iseki 3AB1, Iseki 3AF1 and other engines.
Engine main bearings are semicircular rings that are installed in special grooves (holders) in the engine block, between the crankshaft (main shaft) and the engine block (applies to the center shaft journals) in order to eliminate any play occurring during engine operation. The main bearings support the shaft, ensuring the correct position of the shaft relative to the engine block so that the power generated is transferred as smoothly as possible.

The first signs of wear of the main bearings are an unnatural, constant knocking noise coming from the engine. Worn bushings must be replaced with new ones as soon as possible, replacing a faulty element too late may result in serious damage to the shaft, connecting rod or engine.
