A rotavator is a device whose task is to mechanically dig, crumble and loosen the soil. Thanks to the operation of the tiller , we can remove the old lawn turf, dig up the soil, remove weeds, level the ground, while preparing for a new lawn or vegetable crops. Additionally, the rotavator is used in fruit farming, when growing vines or removing weeds between the rows.
Thanks to the rotating blades, soil fragments are cut and crushed. The tiller is equipped with massive side-curved knives that thoroughly mix the soil. They are mounted on the working shaft, 4 pieces on each section, 16 pieces in total. The width of our work is 95 cm, and the depth at which we can work is 8 - 12 cm. For the tiller to work properly and perform its task, it should be used with a tractor with a recommended power of at least 12 HP. Thanks to this, we will obtain properly prepared soil for subsequent works.
This machine has the option of side shifting, so we can further specify the positioning of the machine behind the tractor.
In the case of tillers, a drive chain is used, which requires the use of a PTO shaft with protection, i.e. a breakaway wedge or a clutch to protect the tractor gears and the machine's transmission.
The TLM 95 4FARMER tiller is simple in construction and solidly made. The tilting flap function makes it easier to keep the machine clean and provides better access to the main shaft of the knife axis.
Abundant crops of vegetables and fruit, and a uniform, lush lawn after replacing old turf or dried grass.
