Product description

Angular gearbox for AGF rear-side mowers from 4FARMER and others. The gearbox in AGF mowers is located on the left side of the mower, standing behind the machine, and connects directly to the pulley, therefore the gearbox has the output shaft's left rotation direction (counterclockwise movement).

A bevel, toothed bevel gear with perpendicular axes is a gear with two axes perpendicular to each other as the drive unit. The axles are ended with toothed wheels and bevel gears that roll over one another. The bevel-helical gear unit consists of:

  • housings (high-quality stainless steel),
  • hubs (element connecting gears with a pulley),
  • a rim (part of a gear with teeth, a connector with a hub),
  • disc (connects the rim with the second hub with the operating shaft)
  • power take-off shafts and the output shaft.

The main task of the angular gearbox is to adjust the rotation of the engine to rotational movement, driving the machine at an angle of 90 ° and changing the rotational speed of the machine adapted to the rotational speed of the PTO shaft of the tractor.
