Clutch disc with a diameter of 184 mm , hub height 26.50 mm , internal diameter measured between 20 mm teeth and 18 spline teeth for Japanese tractors and mini tractors by Isek and TX, TU series and others.

The clutch disc is the element responsible for the transmission of power from the engine (crankshaft) to the gearbox (clutch shaft). The disc is made of a hub with a spline, which is mounted on the clutch shaft, and a disc with springs with friction linings of appropriate thickness. The disc pressed with the second clutch element, with a clamp, using the frictional force (no friction at the time of transmission) of these two elements, sets the tractor in motion. The springs in the clutch discs are responsible for reducing the vibrations generated at high engine speeds. The first signs of wear of the clutch disc (abrasion) are the so-called slippage of the clutch, which makes it difficult or impossible for the vehicle to move and the tractor does not accelerate when the engine speed is increased. The clutch disc can show signs of wear, even when it is dirty with oil. It is recommended to replace the disc together with the clutch pressure and the thrust bearing, as all these elements are of comparable life and wear at the same rate. Another sign of wear on the clutch disc is that the gear will not be able to be shifted.
