Clutch disc / 200 mm / 10T / Hinomoto N179/N189 / Toyosha CD100
10T clutch disc (pressure 1444-120-200-10) with a diameter of 200 mm, hub height 28 mm , internal diameter 20 mm (measured between the cutter teeth), 17 mm (measured with the spline teeth) for Hinomoto tractors of the Hinomoto N179 series, Hinomoto N189 with Toyosha CD100 and other engines.
The clutch disc is the element responsible for transferring power from the engine (crankshaft) to the gearbox (clutch shaft). The disc is composed of a hub with a spline, which is mounted on the clutch shaft and a disc with springs with appropriately thick friction linings. The disc pressed by the second element of the clutch, the pressure plate, uses the frictional force (no friction at the moment of power transmission) of these two elements, and sets the tractor in motion. The springs in the clutch discs are responsible for reducing vibrations produced at high engine speeds.

The first signs of clutch disc wear (abrasion) are the so-called clutch slipping , which makes it difficult or impossible for the vehicle to move and means that when the engine speed increases, the tractor does not accelerate. The clutch disc may show signs of wear, even when it is dirty with oil. It is recommended to replace the disc together with the clutch pressure plate and release bearing, because all these elements have comparable durability and wear out at the same rate. Another sign of worn clutch disc is the inability to shift into gear.

Hinomoto N189
HINOMOTO is one of the most popular Japanese manufacturers of agricultural tractors, known mainly in Japan. Hinomoto was a trade name for tractors manufactured by Toyosha. Toyosha has its roots in plows built by Denzou Tanoue in 1863. Hinomoto compact tractors appeared in the 1950s. It produced 68 models of mini tractors.
The company produced tractors and mini tractors with Toyosha engines under its own trademark HINOMOTO until 1990. TOYOSHA was also the previous name of the company under which agricultural equipment was produced. In 1990, the company became part of Hitachi Tierra, and the Hinomoto name was finally abolished in 1997.
HINOMOTO also produced tractors for other international concerns under their own names, including: for: Massey Ferguson, Deutz-Allis, Simplicity and Allis-Chalmers.
The Hinomoto company is the largest importer of Japanese mini tractors, single-axle tractors and other machines in Eastern Poland.
