The FJD AT1 set - its main task is to reduce the intensity of human work and relieve the burden of constantly checking and controlling the operation of the machine in the field. The navigation system can ensure that the tractor will move on a set track, avoiding repeated activities, missed harvests, and this system also improves the use of resources we have.

The automatic control kit reduces fuel consumption and saves fertilizers and energy. The system helps reduce losses of agricultural production resources such as fertilizers and pesticides, which directly reduces production costs!!

FJDynamics AT1 Automatic Steering Kit

It uses GNSS and RTK to navigate tractors along straight lines, curves or concentric circles with an accuracy of up to 2.5 cm!!

This kit can be used with a wide range of tractors, combines and other agricultural machinery. By creating field profiles, we register boundaries, guide lines and other tasks, thanks to which the organization of farm work reaches a much higher and automated level.

The AT1 set includes:

• Electric steering wheel that ensures proper operation even in difficult conditions. It is possible to exchange between manual control and autosteer. No need to change the tractor's original hydraulic system.

• Display and control terminal - a 10.1-inch tap that displays the operating status and allows you to control the entire system from there
• Antennas - the set includes 2 GNSS antennas responsible for receiving satellite signals to determine the coordinates of the machine and a 4G antenna - which receives correction signals via the Internet and transmits to the control terminal, and a radio antenna - which receives correction signals from the base station and transmits to the control terminal.
• IMU - position sensor - whose task is to compensate for the terrain, thanks to which the tractor paths on sloping areas are as straight as on level areas
• Wheel angle sensor - this sensor monitors the wheel rotation angles and transmits information about the machine's direction of travel to the control terminal.
