A tractor flail mower is a rotary type mower where the mowing elements are flails (hammers), knives placed on the longitudinal axle shaft, and which is driven by the tractor's PTO/PTO shaft. The mower is mainly used for mowing wasteland, orchards, roadsides or crop residues, but it will also work well for mowing meadows and large green areas. The mower works very well in vineyards, fruit orchards and recreational areas, e.g. city parks .

Simple - durable and reliable EFGCHSM mower

Flail mower with hydraulic shift (400 mm travel) and EFGCHSM145 HSM54 GEOGRASS trimmer is an extended version of the proven EFGCH mower with hydraulic shift. To the basic version of the mower equipped with a strong shaft with heavy hammers ( flails 0.700 kg ), we added a rotary mower driven by an additional hydraulic pump, which is driven by a shaft from an angle gear with an EFGCHSM mower clutch. An additional automatic mowing module with its own hydraulic oil tank with two mowing knives, mechanically activated, is a mower that, after encountering an obstacle, turns off and tilts to avoid the obstacle, and then returns to its original setting. The EFGHSM145 flail mower is a mower with hydraulic shift, which is powered by the tractor's hydraulic system, therefore at least one hydraulic section of the tractor is required to operate this mower's shift.
