Petrol chainsaw Stiga PR 730 - 10''

A petrol chainsaw will be useful for many garden works , e.g. for seasonal tree pruning and firewood preparation. The device has been designed so that working with it is pleasant, efficient, comfortable and, above all, safe. For this purpose, the manufacturer has equipped it with appropriate technical solutions.

The PR 730 petrol chainsaw has a reliable two-stroke internal combustion engine with a power of 0.7 kW and a cylinder capacity of 26.9 cm3. The ergonomic shape and soft-touch handle as well as the spring system provide less vibration and greater comfort - it does not tire the hand, even when working for a long time.

The 25 cm long guide bar, equipped with a special chain, reaches a working speed of 22.8 m/s, while the chain can be easily adjusted to the desired tension thanks to the side adjustment of the chain tensioning mechanism.

The Stiga petrol chainsaw, thanks to its extremely light weight and ergonomic design, will be an indispensable tool, even during long hours of work in difficult conditions.

The company, founded in Sweden, initially produced sports equipment for table tennis and hockey. In 1954, the company started producing engine lawn mowers, and in the following years Stiga expanded its product range to include garden tractors and petrol lawn mowers.

A major achievement was the introduction of the Stiga Garden battery-powered mower to the market, for which the company was awarded the "Nordic Golden Swan" in 1955. Over the years, Stiga has gained not only the gardening market, but also the table tennis market.

In 2000, the Italian manufacturer of lawn mowers and garden tools, Castelgarden, as well as Alpina, an Italian factory of tractors, mowers and chainsaws, also joined the Stiga group. Currently, Stiga products can be found in over 80 countries around the world, including: in Australia, Venezuela, Zambia and Taiwan.

Today, STIGA is a well-known brand of lawn mowers and a wide range of electric gardening equipment, distributed throughout Europe and beyond.
