The water pump, radiator coolant is one of the most important elements of the engine cooling system and this method of cooling is commonly called water cooling . The engine block and the engine head are elements that heat up to very high temperatures during operation and we want to cool them with coolant during operation. Special water channels are hollow in the engine and head for the circulation of water, which is to be pumped back into the engine's water channels. The coolant circulation is possible thanks to the water pump , which is usually located between the radiator and the engine and is driven by a V-belt from the alternator. Bolt the pulley to the flywheel of the pump, and then the radiator fan, which rotates together with the pulley, providing air movement necessary to cool the radiator while the engine is running.
