What is a thermostat in a tractor?

Failure of the thermostat in the closed position causes the engine to overheat and is very dangerous for the engine, so when the fluid temperature indicator lights up, stop work as soon as possible and turn off the engine. A less dangerous situation is when the thermostat fails in the open position because the water circulating in a large circuit prevents the engine from heating up and this failure is less dangerous for the engine, but in the long run it also has an adverse effect and is harmful to the engine.
