In 1980, two Japanese companies Mitsubishi and Satoh Maszyny merged to form Mitsubishi Maszyny Rolnicze . Currently, many Mitsubishi products, mainly on the American market, are sold under the Mahindra, Cub Cadet and International Harvester brands.
