Der Motorölfilter ist ein sehr wichtiges Element des Schmiersystems und seine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, das im Motorsystem zirkulierende Öl von organischen und mineralischen Verunreinigungen zu reinigen. Der Öl-Anschraubfilter aus Metall ist ein Filter, dessen Hauptaufgabe darin besteht , kleinste Verunreinigungen bis zu einer Größe von 1/50 mm aus dem Öl zu entfernen . Der Aufbau des Filters ist sehr einfach und besteht aus einer Metalldose mit Gewinde und einem darin angeordneten Papiereinsatz in der sogenannten. Ziehharmonika zur Vergrößerung der Filterfläche. Die Verunreinigung des Öls, für das wir den Filter verwenden, entsteht im Falle organischer Verunreinigung am häufigsten durch den Abbau des Öls selbst während des Betriebs, durch Kraftstoffrückstände oder durch Oxidationsnebenprodukte. Mineralische Verunreinigungen sind Luftschadstoffe und Metallpartikel, die während des Betriebs im Motor entstehen.

Der Filter wird meistens an der Seite des Motors montiert und ein sauberer, unbenutzter Ölfilter hat einen direkten Einfluss auf den Betrieb und die Lebensdauer des Motors, den Kraftstoffverbrauch und in extremen Fällen kann ein verstopfter Ölfilter zu einer Überhitzung des Motors und zu Druck führen Dichtungsschaden. Tauschen Sie den Ölfilter immer zusammen mit dem Ölwechsel in den in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine angegebenen Intervallen aus.
