3-section hydraulic control valve (1 - standard, 2 - standard with joystick, 3 - float) controlled by a joystick. Thanks to this solution, the operator can easily adapt the equipment to their needs and increase its functionality. In addition, the solid construction and the high quality of the materials used to manufacture the hydraulic control valve ensure long-lasting, reliable operation even in difficult conditions. Used in agriculture, among others, in agricultural machinery, tractors, Cyklop machines, sprayers, truck-mounted cranes (HDS), loaders, excavators, sweepers, front loaders, construction machinery, industrial machinery and others.
Data and dimensions:
It is therefore worth investing in a hydraulic control valve with a float position to ensure comfort and safety when working with hydraulic equipment. Thanks to this, you will be able to carry out your tasks efficiently and enjoy the stability and precision of the equipment's operation.

The 03P40-2OT-QW-C4 control valve is a three-section model that combines three different spool operating characteristics. It is a very specific configuration, often found in municipal or agricultural machinery, where each function requires different control.
Here are the detailed position settings for each section:
Sections 1 and 2: Standard (2OT)
These are double-acting sections with spring return to the neutral position.
Position 0 (Neutral): Lever in the center, oil flows back to return (T), cylinder locked.
Position 1 (Extend): Moving the lever in one direction - the cylinder operates.
Position 2 (Retract): Moving the lever in the other direction - the cylinder returns.
Operation: after the hand is released, the lever returns to zero by itself. They are used for precise, short movements (e.g. lifting, tilting).
Section 3: Float with detent (QW)
This section has 4 positions and is dedicated to ground-following functions.
Positions 0, 1, 2: Work identically to sections 1 and 2 (extend/retract with spring).
Position 3 (Float): Obtained by pushing the lever firmly all the way (usually "away from you").
In this position the detent engages and holds the lever.
Oil flows freely between ports A and B and the reservoir (the cylinder is "free").
Section C4: Full detent
The C4 designation at the end of the symbol indicates that one of the sections (usually the last in the series, if it is not QW, or specifically configured) has a detent in every position.
Position 0 (Neutral): Locked by the detent.
Positions 1 and 2: After being moved, the lever stays in the selected position (it does not return by itself).
Application: Ideal for a hydraulic motor or conveyor belt (continuous operation without holding the lever).
