Return of goods (Withdrawal from the contract)
You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

Important dates and costs
- Return of the goods: No later than within 14 days of reporting the withdrawal.
- Cost of return: The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer.
- Payment refund: We will make it immediately (within 14 days from the information about the withdrawal). We may suspend the transfer until we receive the goods or confirm their shipment.

If the received goods are damaged, defective or inconsistent with the order, you have the right to file a complaint.
