Hooks
TUZ hitches are key elements of the mechanism for attaching implements to an agricultural tractor. They are responsible for the safe and stable attachment of agricultural implements, such as ploughs, harrows, seeders, or other machines, to the tractor. These hitches allow for quick and convenient connection and disconnection of implements, which is extremely important in the daily work of a farmer.
Application of three-point linkage hitches:
Three-point linkages are an essential element in every modern agricultural tractor, enabling efficient work with a variety of implements. They enable many operations, from ploughing, through sowing, to harvesting, to be performed quickly, safely and conveniently. These linkages must be solid, durable and easy to use to meet the demands of everyday agricultural work.
Types of hooks:
- Automatic Hitch (Towbar): This is a popular type of hitch that allows the trailer to be automatically locked when connected. It makes it easy to quickly connect and disconnect the trailer without having to leave the tractor cab.
- Pin Hitch: This uses a pin that slides through the "eye" of the trailer, locking it in place. This is a simple and strong system, often used on heavier agricultural trailers.
- Ball Hitch: Similar to the hitches used on passenger cars, but reinforced to handle heavier loads. The trailer has a ball socket that fits the ball mounted on the tractor.
- "Paw" type hitch (three-point suspension - TUZ): Often used in combination with the TUZ system, allowing for the connection of various implements and trailers. It allows for precise adjustment of the trailer height and angle, which is useful in agriculture.
- Transport hook: This is a more advanced hook that can be adjusted in height and angle. Often equipped with additional locking mechanisms to increase the safety of the transported load.
