Front linkage

The front three-point linkage is a system mounted on the front of an agricultural tractor, enabling the connection and use of various types of equipment at the front of the machine. This is an increasingly popular solution that significantly increases the functionality of the tractor, allowing for two operations to be performed simultaneously, for example mowing grass at the front and plowing at the rear.

Main advantages of the front three-point linkage:

  • Versatility: the front three-point linkage allows for the attachment of a variety of implements, such as mowers, front loaders, snow plows, seedbed rollers and even additional weights.
  • Increased efficiency: by being able to use implements on both the front and rear of the tractor simultaneously, farmers can complete more tasks in a single pass, saving time and fuel.
  • Better manoeuvrability: front-mounted implements improve the tractor's weight distribution, which increases its stability and manoeuvrability, especially on uneven terrain.
  • Easier operation: modern front linkage systems are equipped with hydraulics and electronics, allowing precise control of the lifting, lowering and positioning of implements.
  • Support for specialist work: the front three-point linkage is particularly useful for specialist tasks, such as municipal work (e.g. snow removal, sweeping) or orchard work, where precise tool operation in narrow spaces is necessary.
