Hitch frame

The hitch frame is a key structural element used in agricultural vehicles and other machines, which is used to attach and tow various types of trailers, machines and implements. It is mounted on the rear of the tractor and provides a solid, safe, stable and versatile connection of the vehicle with the trailer or other equipment. The design and the possibility of adjusting the frame make it an indispensable part of the tractor equipment.

Hitch frame applications:

It enables the connection of agricultural machines such as trailers , seeders , spreaders or harrows to the tractor, ensuring stability when working in the field.

Main functions of the hitch frame:

Attaching various hooks:

• The hitch frame allows for the installation of various types of hitches, such as ball hitches, pin hitches or automatic tow bars.
• This allows the vehicle to tow various types of trailers and agricultural machinery, which increases its versatility and functionality.

Connection stabilization:

• The hitch frame provides a stable and durable connection between the vehicle and the trailer, which is crucial when towing, especially in difficult off-road conditions.
• Thanks to its solid construction, the frame distributes the load over the entire vehicle structure, which minimizes the risk of damage and improves safety.

Hook height adjustment:

• Some hitch frames offer the ability to adjust the height of the hitch point, allowing you to adapt the connection to different trailer and implement heights.
• This is particularly useful in agriculture, where different machines require different hitch heights.

Support for hydraulic and electrical systems:

• The hitch frame can be equipped with brackets and mountings for routing hydraulic and electrical cables necessary to operate trailers with active systems (e.g. brakes, lighting).
• This makes it easy to quickly and safely connect the trailer to the tractor or vehicle.

Increased vehicle towing capacity:

• Thanks to the hitch frame, the vehicle can tow larger and heavier loads, which is especially important in agriculture and transport.
• A properly designed frame can significantly increase towing capacity, allowing you to work with a variety of trailer and implement types.
