Product description

Spacer sleeve with 20T cutter with an inner diameter of 54.80 mm (measured between the cutter teeth) , outer diameter of 65 mm and height of 55 mm for Yanmar tractors of the Yanmar EF453T series and others.

A thrust bushing or sliding bushing is a bushing designed for harsh operating conditions. Due to the manufacturing process and the use of appropriate raw materials, it has very high abrasion resistance and is capable of carrying heavy loads. A sealed sliding bearing has a rubber-lined inner wall made of a sealing material, which is used for sealing suspension systems, steering systems, shafts, axle shafts, and more.

Dimensions :

  • inner diameter: 54.80 mm (measured between the cutter teeth), 49.90 mm (measured with the cutter),
  • outer diameter: 65 mm,
  • height: 55 mm,
  • original part numbers: 1A7780-44250,
  • part numbers: 5-14-110-21.

Tractor models :

Yanmar :

  • Yanmar EF453T.

Cub Cadet :

  • Cub Cadet EX450.

The first signs of bushing wear include a constant knocking sound during operation. Adequate lubrication system pressure, the use of oil of the correct viscosity, infrequent oil changes, or a lack of lubrication all directly impact bushing life.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
