Drive shaft spacer sleeve with an internal diameter of 28 mm , an external diameter of 34 mm and a height of 34 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota L2600 series and others.
A spacer sleeve (sleeve) is an element whose main task is to maintain a specific, predetermined distance between individual parts, elements or sets of parts in a mechanical structure. In addition to keeping a given part in a certain position, the spacer sleeve is responsible for heat transfer (consumption) in engines and mechanical devices, as well as resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. There are several types of spacer sleeves on the market, but most often it is a metal cylindrical element (sometimes hexagonal) made of resistant metal, copper or other metal alloy, with a cutter (breakaway sleeves) or with grooves, holes that allow better access of the lubricant to the contact surfaces of the elements.

The first signs of sleeve wear are a steady knocking sound during operation. The life of the bushings is directly affected by the proper pressure of the lubrication system and the use of oil with the right viscosity, too infrequent oil changes or lack of lubrication.
