Product description

Engine piston (pin 6-23-100-03, rings 6-26-100-02, 15221-21051, pin locking rings 6-26-110-01, 15221-21110) with an outer diameter of 76 mm and a total height of 80 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota L1500, Kubota L2000, Kubota L2201, Kubota L2600 , Kubota L3001 series with Kubota DH1100, Kubota DH1101, Kubota V1502 engines, Kubota Z750 and others. The engine piston is a moving component responsible for converting gas and the energy generated during combustion into the crankshaft, and thus, engine power. The piston is connected to the crankshaft by a component called a connecting rod with pin connections. At the top of the piston are annular channels for mounting the piston rings, and in the center is a hub for connecting to the connecting rod. At the top is the so-called crown, which can have different shapes depending on the engine type. Due to the very harsh operating conditions, engine pistons are most often made of aluminum and silicon alloys.

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
