2-section hydraulic distributor / 40l/min / 02P40

2-section hydraulic distributor (1-standard, 2-standard) with lever control. Thanks to this solution, the operator can easily adapt the device to his needs and increase its functionality. Additionally, the solid construction and high quality of materials used to produce the hydraulic distributor ensure long-lasting and reliable operation even in difficult conditions. In the case of the standard, basic model 02P40 (without additional markings such as C4, QW or C5), both sections work in the identical, most common 3-position system with a spring.

Here's how the items in section 1 and 2 work:

Section 1 and Section 2 (Standard)

Each section has 3 slider positions:

1. Position 0 (Neutral - Central):

   • The lever is vertical (or at rest).

   • Channels A and B (outputs to the actuator) are blocked. Oil does not flow to the receiver and it stands still.

   • Oil from the pump (P) flows freely through the distributor directly to the return (T) - the so-called "free circulation".

2. Position 1 (Feed):

   • When you pull the lever "towards you" (or away from you, depending on the installation), pressurized oil flows into port A.

   • From port B, the oil returns to the tank. The actuator extends.

   • Return: When you release the lever, the spring automatically returns it to the 0 position.

3. Position 2 (Back):

   • When you move the lever to the other side, oil flows to port B.

   • From port A, the oil returns to the tank. The actuator retracts.

   • Return: When you release the lever, the slider returns to the middle position by itself.

The automatic lever return to neutral position is a key safety feature, ideal for steering equipment requiring quick work cycles, such as a front loader (TUR), bale grabber or crocodile bucket.
