EX outlet valve (inlet IN %C4% 85cy-in-kubota-d650d750z500-kubota-b5100b5200b7100-15261-13121.html">15261-13121 ) with a total length of 89.70 mm and a valve head diameter of 23.50 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota B5200, Kubota B5100, Kubota D710 0 series with Kubota D650, Kubota D750, Kubota Z500 and other engines.

Engine valves are elements that occur in the head (overhead valve engine) or engine block (bottom valve engine) and their main task is to properly control the flow of air, fuel-air mixture and exhaust gases. We distinguish two types of valves: intake valves, responsible for opening the chamber in order to suck in the right amount of fuel mixture, exhaust valves, responsible for removing gases generated during engine operation from the chamber.

The valves consist of a rod with a plate at the end and are cast in one piece. The engine valves are made of special steel resistant to extremely high temperatures created during fuel combustion, so-called heat-resistant steel.

Engine valves are components that wear out when working in difficult conditions and under the influence of high temperatures. The most common valve damage is valve stem abrasion and carbon deposits. Valve deposits are the result of using low-quality oil, and valve head wear causes leaks in the system and loss of engine power.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
