Front linkage with PTO for LS Tractor XU6168 Aigner Maschinenbau
Aigner front linkages are designed for various tractor models. Since 2016, the brand has started cooperation with LS Mtron , which resulted in the first front suspension systems for LS Tractor tractors in 2017. They are specially adapted and designed to be integrated into the corresponding tractor series. Thanks to this, you can maximize the potential and capabilities of the tractor.
The lift arms are standardly equipped with quick-connect hooks (except for narrow-gauge tractors). The simplest way - by moving 2 pins, you can lock the standard pendulum balance, and the lower links can also be folded or completely removed. Due to the diagonal location of the center of rotation, the lifting arms fold inwards diagonally. Thanks to this, the steering angle and oscillation of the front axle are fully preserved. This is also very beneficial when connecting front hydraulics and front loaders!
When constructing devices, the Aigner brand also pays special attention to maintaining the tractor's ground clearance. The top link mount and towbar are standard on all Aigner front systems. The modern design complements the appearance of the front hydraulic lifters.
The front power take-off shafts are also specially adapted to the specific tractor. Transferring the full engine power is as important as optimal integration of the power take-off shaft with a given tractor model! In addition, we believe that the long life and reliability of power take-off shafts are very important. Thanks to many years of experience in production and consistent development, Aigner front power take-off shafts are almost maintenance-free! The hydraulic clutch of the front power take-off shaft is engaged by pressing a button. A cone clutch and a multi-disc clutch operating in an oil bath are used. An adjustable throttle valve enables slow, vibration-free and extremely gentle starting of the front units.
The manufacturer also offers a wide selection of additional options for the basic version (paid additionally):
*Installation requires modification of the radiator in a specialist plant.
