Aigner front linkages are designed for various tractor models. Since 2016, the brand has been cooperating with LS Mtron , which resulted in the first front suspension systems for LS Tractors in 2017. They are specially adapted and designed to be integrated with the appropriate tractor series. This allows you to use the tractor's potential and capabilities to the maximum.
The lifting arms are equipped with quick-connect hooks as standard (except when equipped with narrow-gauge tractors). The easiest way - by moving 2 pins, you can lock the standard pendulum balance, and the lower links can also be folded or completely removed. Thanks to the diagonal placement of the center of rotation, the lifting arms fold inwards diagonally. Thanks to this, the steering angle and oscillation of the front axle are fully maintained. This is also very beneficial when connecting front hydraulics and front loaders!
When designing the devices, Aigner also pays special attention to maintaining the tractor's ground clearance. The top link bracket and tow hook are standard on all Aigner front systems. The modern design complements the appearance of the front hydraulic lifts.
The front power take-off shafts are also specially adapted to the specific tractor. The transmission of the full engine power is just as important as the optimum integration of the power take-off shaft into the tractor model! In addition, we believe that a long service life and reliability of the power take-off shafts are very important. Thanks to many years of experience in production and consistent development, Aigner front power take-off shafts are almost maintenance-free! The hydraulic clutch of the front power take-off shaft is activated by pressing a button. A cone clutch and a multi-plate clutch operating in an oil bath are used. The adjustable throttle valve allows slow, vibration-free and extremely gentle starting of the front attachments.
In addition to the basic version, the manufacturer also offers a wide range of additional options (additionally paid), e.g.:
