Rubber jack cover / Iseki TL

A universal rubber cover , commonly known as a "powder cap ," is most often a rubber cone (or tube), tapered on one or both ends with a groove for easier installation, such as a tourniquet. The main purpose of the "powder cap" is to protect the mechanical assembly from contaminants and prevent the washout of lubricant, which is present in many moving parts of the tractor.
