Rubber seal for gear shift levers or tie rod end seal with a diameter at the clamp location of 33 mm and a height of 22 mm with holes of 11 and 32 mm in diameter for Japanese tractors of the Kubota L series, Mitsubishi MT series and others.

A rubber cover , commonly known as a " powder cap ," is most often a rubber cone (or tube), tapered on one or both ends with a groove for easier installation, such as a tourniquet. This type of cover is used not only for gear shifts and rod ends, but is also used internally within machine systems, sealing components such as axle shafts or various shafts that are not subjected to high rotational speeds during operation. The main purpose of the "powder cap" is to protect the mechanical assembly from contaminants and prevent the washout of the lubricant found in many moving parts of the tractor.

Damaged mechanical seals (abrasions, breaks caused by rubber deterioration) must be replaced with new ones as soon as possible to avoid contamination of the internal parts of the system, which may result in damage or seizure of the mechanical unit.
