Rear axle cartridge seal with an internal diameter of 58 mm , an external diameter of 90 mm and a height of 17 / 19 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota L4508, Kubota L4708, Kubota L5018 series and others.
The sealant is a rubber ring (otherwise known as a simmering ring, Simmer ring, after the name of the inventor), which is usually made of rubber or other plastic that meets the assumed technical requirements. Sealing is used to seal the rotating elements of the system with a maximum internal pressure of 0.1 MPa and which are immersed during operation, most often it is a funnel, various types of lubricants, and sometimes gasoline or water. The most common use of sealants is to seal shafts and power transmission or drive systems of machines and devices. There are various types of seals, the most common are cartridge seals (two-piece), seals with a spring around them, or seals with a partly metal housing (lid).
