High-quality hydraulic hose made of a synthetic rubber compound, reinforced with a steel wire braid, intended for conveying oil in hydraulic systems. It is ideally suited for crimping hydraulic lines for trucks, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery and all other solutions where a hydraulic system is used.
The 1SN DN10 (3/8") hydraulic hose of the SNX1 series is a single-braid hose with increased flexibility and a working pressure of 180 bar. Like the smaller model (5/16"), it exceeds the requirements of the EN 853 standard in terms of fatigue strength.

Inner diameter: approx. 9.8 - 10.1 mm (3/8").
Outer diameter: 16.2 mm (±0.3 mm).
Working pressure: 180 bar (18 MPa).
Burst pressure: 720 bar.
Bending radius: 120 mm (more flexible than the standard 130 mm for 1SN).
Weight: approx. 0.28 kg/m.
Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C (briefly up to +125°C).
Crimping guidelines:
The SNX1 hose is a No-Skive design (it does not require removing the outer rubber layer).
Ferrule selection: Standard 1SN/1SC crimp ferrules are used for size 3/8" (DN10).
Crimping diameter:
When using a dedicated 1SN ferrule for the North Fighter SNX1 hose, the indicative crimping diameter is approx. 19.3 mm - 19.5 mm.
With universal ferrules (1SN/2SN), this parameter may be slightly higher (approx. 20.4 mm), so it is always essential to check the table of the specific fitting manufacturer.
