Product description

Hydraulic directional valve, 3-section, with one float section and a latch function. A solid monoblock unit with a parallel circuit and a cushioning chamber, designed for intensive use in hydraulic machinery. It is characterised by reliability, ease of installation and high durability, which is why it is widely used in agriculture, forestry, fruit growing, construction and industry.

Detailed technical specification:

Maximum flow: 40 l/min.

Number of sections: 3 monoblock.

Working pressure (P): maximum 250 bar.

Return pressure (T): maximum 50 bar.

Pressure at the sections (A, B): up to 300 bar.

Safety valve: factory set to 180 bar, adjustable with a screw on the side of the housing.

Temperature range: oil from -15°C to +80°C; ambient from -40°C to +60°C.

Section functions and lever operation:

The valve code defines the characteristics of each of the three sections:

1. Two standard sections (C1ST1D1):

Positions: 1 - 0 - 2.

Operation: Fitted with a spring that automatically returns the lever to the neutral position (0) when released, stopping the cylinder.

2. One float section (C1ST6D5):

Positions: 1 - 0 - 2 - 3 (float).

Operation: Positions 1 and 2 are spring-operated (as in the standard sections). The fourth position (3) is a float function with a latch.

Float function: Allows the cylinder to move freely in both directions under the influence of external forces (e.g. a plough blade following the terrain).

Connection instructions (ports):

P (Supply): Female thread 1/2" BSP. The line from the hydraulic pump is connected here.

T (Return): Female thread 1/2" BSP. The line carrying oil back to the tank.

A and B (Section outlets): Female threads 3/8" BSP. Pairs of ports leading to the cylinders (each section has one A+B pair).

N (Pressure carry-over): Allows another valve to be connected in series using a special pressure sleeve.

Practical applications:

Thanks to the unique combination of sections, this model is ideal for:

Front loaders: Two sections for lifting and tilting, the third (float) for working with attachments that follow the ground.

Snow ploughs: The float section protects the blade from damage on uneven ground.

Construction machinery: Provides precise control while maintaining safety thanks to the relief valve.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
