2-section hydraulic distributor joystick-controlled / 40l/min / 02P40-OT-C4

2-section hydraulic control valve (1 - standard, 2 - standard) controlled by a joystick. Thanks to this solution, the operator can easily adapt the equipment to their needs and increase its functionality. In addition, the solid construction and the high quality of the materials used to manufacture the hydraulic control valve ensure long-lasting, reliable operation even in difficult conditions. Used in agriculture, among others, in agricultural machinery, tractors, Cyklop machines, sprayers, truck-mounted cranes (HDS), loaders, excavators, sweepers, front loaders, construction machinery, industrial machinery and others.

Safety valve (5)

With this control valve you can control, for example, two double-acting cylinders or two motors, etc.

It can be connected in series to an existing system.

The control valve has a built-in safety valve.

In the 02P40-OT-C4 control valve both sections (1 and 2) are configured identically in the C4 system, which means full position detenting. Unlike standard control valves, here the lever or cable does not return to the center by itself.

Here are the detailed position settings for both sections:

Section 1 and Section 2 (identical C4 settings)

Each section has 3 working positions with a mechanical detent:

1. Position 0 (Neutral - Center):

   • The spool is locked in the center.

   • Oil from the pump (P) flows freely to return (T).

   • The cylinder outlets (A and B) are blocked - the actuator stays in place.

2. Position 1 (Extend):

   • After moving the lever/cable to one side, the spool stays in this position (it does not spring back).

   • Oil flows to port A and returns from B to the tank. The cylinder keeps extending until you change the position manually.

3. Position 2 (Retract):

   • After moving the lever/cable to the other side, the spool is also locked in place.

   • Oil flows to port B and returns from A to the tank. The cylinder retracts continuously.

Key features of the 02P40-OT-C4 model:

• No return springs: this is the most important difference. The control valve "remembers" the last position set.

• Application: this model is ideal for controlling hydraulic motors, bale wrappers, conveyor belts or winches, where the operator must have free hands while the equipment is working.

• Safety: caution is required with cylinders - if the cylinder reaches the end of its stroke and you do not manually switch the lever to "0", the oil will be forced through the safety valve, which causes the oil to heat up quickly.
