Engine seals are elements that ensure the tightness of the drive unit by connecting individual engine components, which seemingly have perfectly flat contact surfaces. Damaged engine seals are one of the most common failures related to the operation of the tractor. Seals and their loss cause leaks of operating fluids and cause the structure to leak, which in the long term may lead to damage to the tractor or a decrease in the engine's operating parameters.

Poor technical condition of gaskets is one of the causes of leaks of operating fluids, and the most common places where leaks occur are the crankshaft connections, camshaft, engine valves, head gasket, manifolds or hydraulic box gaskets.
