Product description

Exhaust manifold (gasket 5-15-112-01, 15522-12350, gaskets ANT-100667, 5-15-112-02, 15522-12350) with a total length of 255 mm and a height of 88 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota L1-18, Kubota L1-185, Kubota L1-195, Kubota L225, Kubota L235, Kubota L245, Kubota L275, Kubota L295, Kubota L305, Kubota L2000, Kubota L2001, Kubota L2002, Kubota L2201, Kubota L2601 series with Kubota D1100, Kubota D1101, Kubota D1102, Kubota D1301, Kubota D1302 and other engines.

The exhaust manifold is responsible for channeling exhaust gases from the engine's cylinders into the exhaust pipe. The exhaust manifold has as many lines as the engine's cylinders and is mounted directly to the engine block (a gasket is required). The exhaust manifold is made of a high-quality metal alloy resistant to extremely high temperatures.

The first signs of exhaust manifold damage are a decrease in engine power and an increase in noise during engine operation. Deformation or cracks in the exhaust manifold are the result of high temperatures, which cause leaks in the exhaust system.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
