Rubber cover, powder coat for the rocker arm pin with an internal diameter of 19/40 mm and a height of 27 mm for tractors and others.
A rubber cover , commonly known as a "powder cap," is most often a rubber cone (or tube), tapered on one or both ends with a groove for easier installation, such as a tourniquet. This type of cover is used not only for gear shifts and rod ends, but is also used internally in machine systems, sealing components such as axle shafts or various shafts that are not subjected to rotational speeds during operation. The main purpose of the "powder cap" is to protect the mechanical assembly from contamination and to prevent the washout of the lubricant found in many moving parts of the tractor.
Dimensions :
Damaged mechanical seals (abrasions, breaks caused by rubber deterioration) must be replaced with new ones as soon as possible to avoid contamination of the internal parts of the system, which may result in damage or seizure of the mechanical unit.
