Turning Assist (AD) is a mechanism that only works in the lowest gear, during sharp turns and when turning the tractor. The function is activated by a lever next to the operator's steering wheel. To put it very simply, the turned on assistant improves the quality of the tractor's turn or turning maneuver and involves appropriate selection of the rear wheel rotation ratio relative to the front wheel, depending on the direction in which the turn is made.
