The 4FARMER PK 150 double-wing snow plow is a versatile tool designed for winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, parking lots, squares, and property areas. It effectively removes snow and slush from hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, and paving stones. The plow is compatible with tractors and mini-tractors equipped with a Category I front three-point linkage.

Hydraulic controls and operating configurations

The plough is equipped with two independently adjustable moldboards, controlled by double-acting hydraulic cylinders. This allows the wing position to be adjusted to suit terrain conditions and the type of work being performed.

The plow can work in several configurations:

• Arrow position (V) – moving snow to both sides, especially useful when removing snowdrifts and clearing snow from passages.
• Straight or diagonal position – clearing snow to the left or right, making it easier to clear roads and traffic routes.
• Bucket position (Y) – scraping and collecting snow in front of the plow, limiting its spreading to the sides.

Hydraulic adjustment allows for convenient change of the moldboard setting without having to leave the operator's seat.

Solid construction and impact protection

The plow has a durable, powder-coated steel construction, providing resistance to corrosion and harsh weather conditions.

The lower blade is equipped with a spring-loaded overrun protection system that allows the working tool to deflect in the event of contact with an obstacle, such as a curb or manhole. This solution reduces the risk of damage to the plough and tractor.

The replaceable rubber blade ensures effective snow removal while reducing the risk of scratching and damaging the snow-cleared surface.

Terrain copying system and work stability

The plow is equipped with a floating ground-following system based on elongated holes, known as bean-shaped holes. This allows the implement to be freely adjusted to uneven ground, which is particularly useful when clearing snow from driveways, sloped surfaces, and terrain with varying terrain.

Additional support wheels facilitate stable plow control and maintain proper blade position relative to the ground. Marker lights improve machine visibility when working in low-light conditions.

Installation and plumbing requirements

The plough is designed for mounting on a category I front three-point linkage (3-point linkage). The mountings located on the plough beam have an adjustable spacing, allowing them to be extended or narrowed to match the tractor's linkage system.

Two double-acting hydraulic sections are required for independent control of the moldboards. Alternatively, an additional solenoid valve can be used to power the plough from a single tractor hydraulic section.
