Rotary weeder , weed brush OR500 is a machine powered by a gerotor hydraulic motor. The work of such motors consists in converting hydraulic energy produced by the pump into mechanical energy.

The weeder is powered by a hydraulic engine type BMR-125-2-ADH. The product has 2 hydraulic connectors, after finishing work they can be placed in special holders, thus maintaining order and aesthetics around the device. This machine is mounted on the rear three-point linkage Cat I and II and in case of having hydraulics at the front also on the front three-point linkage.

The weeder has the option of hydraulic adjustment ( OH50 ) of the arm length, thanks to the use of a hydraulic cylinder. Adjustment occurs in the range of working height in 3 levels, head angle - stepless adjustment, as well as the option of lateral setting of the machine in 3 ranges. The weeder has 33 working tines with a length of 25 cm, they allow for work in an area with a working diameter of 50 cm. Additionally, this machine has an adjustable cover that protects against stones or chipping small elements during work. The cover is adjustable in height and angle relative to the head.

The operation of the device, as well as the construction itself, is simple, which guarantees long and failure-free use.

It is not recommended to use the weeder to clean surfaces contaminated with waste such as: remnants of strings, threads, etc. Such contamination will cause them to get tangled in the brushes and consequently work less effectively. The weeder's construction is made of high-strength steel, protected with a durable paint coating.

*Too little oil flow in the tractor caused by the small diameter of the hydraulic lines (minimum 18) will significantly weaken the power of the weeder itself, so we will not use its full potential.
