Product description

The 22 x 14 x 10 mm washer is mounted between the lower three-point linkage bracket and the block of the box of VST tractors and mini tractors of the MT180, MT224, MT270 series and others.

The washer is the basic element that occurs in all bolted connections and their main task is to separate the nut from the connected element and their main task is to prevent spontaneous loosening. The washers are divided into three groups:

  • normal (protective ones increasing the pressure surface of the bolt),
  • securing against unscrewing (spring),
  • leveling, distance (to align when the connected elements are not perfectly smooth,
  • filling the free space between elements,

On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
