A 12-tonne hydraulic pump measuring 100 x 100 x 100 mm for Kubota and other tractors. A gear hydraulic pump is responsible for the operation of the rear linkage and additional hydraulically operated implements. In modern tractors, the hydraulic pump is responsible for power steering. Using a hydraulic pump , we can control additional functions of an agricultural trailer, flail mower, tiller, or TUR front loader. The hydraulic pump operates using the tractor's hydraulic system and is powered by the tractor's drive system (e.g., crankshaft). Hydraulic oil pumped to the pump is directed to the high-pressure control valve, where excess flow returns to the gearbox and then to the main control valve. Some hydraulic pumps may have additional sections that supply the steering system with increased pressure oil.
Technical data :
The first signs of hydraulic pump failure include the lift lowering too quickly or problems with trailer control. The most common cause is a control valve or pump seal failure, and in both cases, the pumps can be successfully rebuilt.
