The Vario double-wing snowplow is a versatile tool designed for winter maintenance of roads, parking lots, sidewalks, squares, and areas around buildings. It effectively removes snow and slush from hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, and paving stones. The snowplow is compatible with tractors and mini-tractors, providing practical equipment for municipal and maintenance work during the winter season.

Hydraulic controls and various operating configurations

The plow is equipped with two independently adjustable steel moldboards, controlled by separate hydraulic cylinders. This solution allows the blades to be adjusted to suit terrain conditions and snow removal method.

Depending on your needs, the plow can work in several configurations:

• Arrow setting (V) – spreading snow to both sides, especially useful when clearing snow from crossings and traffic routes.
• One-sided setting – clears snow to the left or right, allowing for clearing the surface along its edges.
• Bucket setting (Y) – scraping and collecting snow in front of the plow, limiting its spreading to the sides.

The solenoid valve used allows you to control the position of the moldboards using a single joystick, without having to leave the operator's seat.

Solid construction and overrun protection

The plow's construction is based on a durable steel frame and powder-coated sheet metal moldboards. The paint coat protects the metal components from corrosion and adverse weather conditions.

The plow features four spring-loaded overrun protections that allow the working elements to deflect when encountering an obstacle. This solution reduces the risk of damage to the blades and the machine's structure during snow removal.

The lower edges of the moldboards are equipped with replaceable rubber blades that effectively remove snow while reducing the risk of scratching or damaging the surface being cleared.

Stability and comfort of use

The plow is equipped with two height-adjustable support wheels, allowing for proper positioning of the blades relative to the ground. These ensure stable operation of the machine and facilitate maintaining the correct working height.

Additional equipment includes marker lights that improve the visibility of the plough when working at night and in conditions of limited visibility.

Assembly and cooperation with the tractor

The plough is mounted on the tractor's front linkage using a mounting plate. Proper operation requires a properly configured hydraulic system to control the moldboards, as well as an electrical system to power the solenoid valve and lighting.
