Product description

Engine piston (rings 6-26-100-01) with an outer diameter of 87 mm and an overall height of 80 mm for Kubota tractors of the Kubota L1-22, Kubota L1-24, Kubota L1-225, Kubota L1-245, and Kubota L1-255 series with Kubota D1462DI engines and others. The engine piston is a moving part responsible for converting gas and the energy generated during combustion into the crankshaft, and thus into engine power. The piston is connected to the crankshaft by a connecting rod with pin connections. At the top of the piston are annular channels for mounting the piston rings, and inside is a hub for connecting to the connecting rod. At the top is the so-called crown, which may have a different shape depending on the engine type. Due to the very harsh operating conditions, engine pistons are most often made of aluminum and silicon alloys.

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
