Product description

Spacer washer with an external diameter of 36mm and a thickness of 2mm for LS Tractor series MT1.25 tractors and others.

The spacer washeris a washer with a very small thickness and is found in all parts of the engine, transmission and in the front and rear axle. The main task of the spacer is tominimize the clearancebetween elements and to level adjacent, seemingly perfectly smooth surfaces. We divide the pads into three groups:

  • ordinary (protective, increasing the pressure surface of the screw),
  • protecting against unscrewing (spring),
  • spacers, leveling, copper (for leveling when the joined elements are not perfectly smooth),

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
