Product description

Front axle spacer with an internal diameter of 49 mm , external diameter of 64 mm and a thickness of 0.60 mm for LS Tractor MT3.50, MT3.60 and other tractors.

The spacer is a very thin spacer and is found on all parts of the engine, gearbox, and front and rear axles. The main task of the spacer is to minimize the play between the elements and to level the surfaces adjacent to each other, seemingly perfectly smooth. The washers are divided into three groups:

  • normal (protective ones increasing the pressure surface of the bolt),
  • securing against unscrewing (spring),
  • spacers , aligners, copper (to align when the connected elements are not perfectly smoothed),

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
