Circlip for LS Tractors LS MT1.25, LS XJ25 and other series. A spring ring called a circlip after the name of the company that first patented its invention. A circlip is an element of a mechanical system that is mounted to prevent movement of moving elements or machine parts. Bearings, bushings, gears are placed on the shaft and axles and unsecured with circlips can be subjected to axial displacement. Circlips are divided into two groups, for shafts, pins and for holes, and they differ in shape at the location of the mounting holes.
