Product description

Engine head gasket 20020337 with dimensions 440 x 185 mm , piston hole diameter 89.50 mm and thickness 1.40 mm for LS Tractor tractors of the LS U43, LS U50, LS U60 series and others.

The cylinder head gasket is a gasket installed at the junction between the cylinder head and the engine block. The connection between the block and the cylinder head must be airtight for the engine to function properly. The cylinder head gasket seals the cylinders, coolant passages, and lubrication channels, and prevents the two fluids from mixing. The gasket's second purpose is thermal insulation, as part of the engine block can heat up to 2000 degrees Celsius from the combustion chambers.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Traktor.com.pl Expert – Technical Advisor • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
