How does a sweeper work?

The cleaning mechanism is a roller on which dense polypropylene bristles are placed. It is driven by power transmitted from the pump. The sweeper is equipped with a basket placed behind the roller. The roller, rotating, removes dirt, collecting it in the basket. This container is opened hydraulically using a hydraulic cylinder (hydraulic outputs from the tractor 1 section required). Additionally, the sweeper is equipped with a side brush, which facilitates work in hard-to-reach places and allows for thorough cleaning of the surface.

The effective work of a tractor, backhoe loader/forklift sweeper is ensured by guide wheels, which allow for proper adjustment of the sweeper to the surface on which we are working. It should be remembered that too much pressure of the bristles on the cleaned surface will cause excessive wear.
