Pressure (in-line) hydraulic filter element with a clogging indicator for LS tractors and others.

The main task of the hydraulic filter is to clean the hydraulic oil and retain all impurities that enter the hydraulic system or are generated during use of the tractor, e.g. solid (mineral) particles produced during operation of the machine. The hydraulic filter is replaced every time the hydraulic oil is changed or when the vehicle is used frequently; for mini tractors, in the case of used tractors, this is about every 100 engine hours. The hydraulic filter replacement intervals for new tractors are described precisely in the machine's operating manual and are usually after the first 50 engine hours (at least 3 cycles). The hydraulic filter is most often a metal filter with a thread and a seal, mounted near the tractor's transmission case directly in the oil flow path of the hydraulic system, most often on the underside of the case or under the floor of our tractor.

The hydraulic filter is an important component responsible for cleaning the hydraulic system of various kinds of contaminants. The high pressure of the working fluid inside the system is the reason for particular care of its technical condition - cleanliness.

Replacing the hydraulic filter (regularly) and cleaning the element in the case of a mesh filter guarantee trouble-free operation of the machine and certainty that there are no foreign bodies in the hydraulic system that could damage our tractor or adversely affect the operation of the machine by reducing its performance.
